My husband has been a patient here three times over the past ten years. The staff are excellent, from the front desk, to the nurses, to the oncologists. Compassionate care with great knowledge and delivery. Five-plus stars for that!!
However, I’ve taken off a star overall because of the treatment area. Patients are shoehorned in there, practically one on top of another. There’s no privacy or confidentiality whatsoever. Getting infused is dramatic and traumatic enough so why not make it more comfortable? And if I’m with my husband, and we’re there for hours, I feel like I’m in the way of the nurses or even the patient ‘next door’ because there’s not adequate space. It’s a really poor, very impersonal set-up. Maybe that would work alright for patients whose treatment that day may only be 30-60 minutes long. Why not have a more private, restful area for those who are there for hours? Again, the staff are incredible and it’s nice there’s snacks and beverages, but you could really do better space-wise.
Dr. Benassi is knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. Her bedside manner makes you feel like a friend or family! She helped me with a C6/7 impingement, and helped fix my teenage daughter’s neck after an acute dance injury. Thank you Dr. Benassi!
Kristi is the only person I trust with my curly hair and bangs. I leave every cut feeling refreshed and confident.

Extremely impressed with Dr.Wang and her team! I did multiple consults and chose Lakes Orthodontics due to Dr.Wangs expertise and really knowing her craft. She does an amazing job at listening to her patients and factors in happiness during treatment and what is realistic. I enjoy her collaborative approach. Pang did an amazing job on my volume lashes last week. It’s already been 5 days and I’ve yet to see an eyelash fall off. She does a very good job of making sure everything is sterile and clean before starting. She is so amazing to talk to. I can’t wait for my fill in a few weeks!

If you are looking for a solid barber in the Twin Cities, Rob at NaborsCut is the real deal. He is a veteran barber who can cut all types of hair and all age groups. Please don't let the word veteran translate to old for you. In this case, it means he has years of experience to cut your hair in any style, high level of customer service and creates a wonderful experience when you are in his chair.
Great place to get a haircut. I do a 1.5 all over my head and my beard. Not that you needed that detail. Anyway, it's always a very pleasant experience. It's a nice, clean, cute place. And they have lots of free candy for when you leave. Definitely recommend. My cat did not get his haircut there but I feel like I needed to attach a picture of him.

I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new barber/hair dresser. I've gone to a few different people to cut my hair, and always left unsatisfied. I just went to Fernando at The Experience Barber Studios, and I couldn't be happier with the cut he gave me.
I've gotten so many compliments on my fade/cut from staff at the grocery store, friends, co-workers, and random people on the street! Never have I ever received this kind of attention nor the numerous compliments from my haircut, and it feels so good! Definitely a confidence booster!

Hairstylists are like mechanics, doctors, and pho restaurants in that when you find a good one, you stick with them. It comes down to trust. You need a mechanic you can trust to repair your vehicle right at a fair cost, a doctor who you can trust to give you the correct diagnosis, and a pho restaurant whose broth you can trust to always have the right balance of beefy goodness and sweetness.At Expert Hair Salon, I have the utmost trust that Kim can make my thinning hair look great. She always listens to my requests, gives her honest opinion, and gives me a cut that makes me feel confident when I walk out of the shop. I appreciate that Kim always takes the time to make sure the cut looks good and that I'm happy with the result.The shop is located in a spacious shopping center in the heart of Woodbury. There is an abundance of parking available. And the shop itself is cozy and comfortable.I've tried the chain barbershops as well as the high end shops, and the results were wildly inconsistent. It was always onto the next shop after a bad experience. I'm glad that I found Kim and Expert Hair Salon ten years ago. I haven't needed to look for another shop or hairstylist since.

I came in with 3 prior cuts in 3 weeks from other salons. Stacey looked and although she was appaled at my prior cuts, she examined my hair, the way it lays and began to cut. I came in desperate and left so happy. She knows hair and I have a new friend and stylist. Great location, beautiful salon, and a MN connection.

Need affordable neat starter locs Issa is your stylist. She was incredibly welcoming, easy to talk to, and very affordable. I explained the size of locs I wanted, and she was more than willing to work with me—even when I decided to change the size for the front of my hair. She listened to what I wanted, was patient and flexible throughout the process, and made sure I was happy with the final look. I really appreciated her professionalism and would definitely recommend her!

The technician arrived within a couple of hours, replaced the damaged section, and double checked the connections before leaving. It gave me peace of mind knowing we wouldn’t come home to water damage.

They tend to send the same crew to clean. They know your preferences and do their cleaning well. They try to add one extra thing to their routine each time. Last time they cleaned my stove. It has a gas grill and is not easy to clean. When they left, it looked like new. Highly recommend ?

Craig was the contractor assigned to me through city of Minneapolis programs to fix up my old house, including deactivating the knob & tube electric and adding grounds to the outlets, adding insulation, doing lead abatement, fixing up windows, patching stucco, and painting the exterior and interior walls. Craig was really great--very communicative, kind, and considerate. He managed the scheduling and communication with all the different teams very well. Even though I was working through the city programs, he treated me like any other client and made room for customization, throwing in a few things here and there without my asking, because he really cares about quality. The work was done efficiently and with the best care possible. I highly recommend him for any project and will continue to work with him for future projects.

Dr Ryan just finished a crown for me and he did a spectacular job. I had problems, pain, and couldn't chew on that side of my mouth for several weeks but now I'm completely pain free. Dr Ryan is personable, explains every step, and is EXTREMELY competent. I've got other crowns but this was the best, smoothest crown I've ever gotten. He's got this skill down pat. I recommend him 100%!

Dr Mike is a wonderful chiropractor. And Lisa is great too. I have chronic pain on my back, neck hips, etc. He uses the gentle pro-adjuster for my sessions which i really appreciate.
I’ve been to some chiropractor clinics in the past but this is by far my favorite chiropractic clinic. They work with your schedule and it’s a very clean and peaceful environment. Since coming here for adjustments my back and neck are feeling a heck of a lot better and my migraines aren’t as frequent as they use to be. Shoutout to Doctor Jason!!!

Dr. Thaemert helped me through a bad car accident and restored my back health. Even after my settlement was over I have continued to come to him for the past 7 years since because there is NO ONE better. 5 stars is not enough!

I have been bringing my pets to Keller Lake for 14 years now and I'm so glad we were referred by neighbors and friends. Everyone cares so much for all the pets that are seen there. My dog is very shy and nervous and they do their best to make her feel comfortable, whether it be with cheese or venison, and talking to and petting her. Whenever we go there, we feel like we're visiting family and it's always so fun talking with the employees. While it's true that sometimes they have to refer their regular patients to Urgent Care facilities, it's not because they don't "have time" or don't care about your dog....they can be inundated with other urgent situations and can only take so many in on a typical day. They feel you'll be better off at Blue Pearl, or other ER Vet because they'll get better care for their situation. If someone's dog has broken a bone or something else serious, it makes sense that a regular animal hospital doesn't have everything that may be needed to treat your pet. Anyway, I love it there and will continue to go there with all my future pets. Thank you Keller Lake staff!
