I will be honest and say I was a chiropractor skeptic: I thought I’d have a good neck crack and that’s it. I couldn’t have expected that my decades-long battle with debilitating headaches and migraines would have finally come to a solution. I was in Saint Paul on vacation with my family when my back "went out". I was in enough pain that I was not able to participate in vacation activities with my family. My back went out on Wednesday morning and I was able to get an appointment with Dr, Kayla on Thursday afternoon. I had an exam and 3 chiropractic treatments over Thursday and Friday. It made a world of difference. My back pain significantly subsided, and I was able to do everything we had planned for the balance of our vacation. She was great to work with.
