Cities1 was responsive, fixed the issue quickly, and was cost-effective — and they didn’t do more work than was necessary, which is often my concern when a repair is outside my wheelhouse. I've worked with Cities 1 on multiple projects over the years, both personally and professionally, and they've become my go-to contractor for HVAC and plumbing work.
