I haven't gotten a tattoo or piercing here (yet) but I wanted to talk about a staff member who was very kind to me. I am a wheelchair user and was trying to use the music shop next door but to my distress, there was a step up to get into the shop. I waited on the side walk while my partner did his thing coming back and forth as the shop itself was also not laid out for me to use my chair in (it happens they have a lot going on in there). A staff member at Fluid Ink must have noticed me through the window and came out to offer me a ramp to help me up and inside. My girlfriend got her piercing removed at this place, and Chad was so kind. He was fast, we were in and out in less than five minutes, and he was very personable. Wonderful place. We’ll be going back to get tatted up!
I couldn’t be more happier with the great work Jeff did on my left arm during the whole process he made sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed a break which I didn’t his work was very neat and professional :)
I’m highly recommend Chad and his great staff as they will go the extra mile to make it happen
