He did a great, prompt job fixing our oven last year and when I reached out about our failing fridge on a Sunday night he texted back and forth with me, diagnosing the problem, until we agreed that we just needed to buy a new one.

He could have come out for a diagnostic in a few days, and charged me, fairly, but he didn't. Just a real stand-up guy who knows his stuff and is good at his job.“
