Our company has been using them for years and the services provided are amazing. Customer Service is awesome! The turnaround for ticket times and inquiries is speedy. I have had the pleasure of recently working with Brenden on a few tickets. He has the patience to talk to you through your trouble shoots and has such an amazing personality that it helps elevate the stress that comes with tech issues!

Top Dog offers remote troubleshooting and onsite help. We use both and appreciate the attentiveness given. I highly recommend their services!

Bill took his time figuring out what the heck was wrong with my HP printer. In the end he fixed it the old-fashioned way - manually entering the IP address in - viola - it worked! Now it will be a Happy Thanksgiving! :)
