Will was on time. He fixed our front door lock problem, did not do any up-sells, and charged the price according to the terms quoted when we made the appointment. Great job, and a nice guy. :-)

I have a three wheel motorcycle and my top cargo case was having a lot of problems with the key and they did a great job fixing it and gave me a replacement key and I am back on my way!!!! Saved me about $250.!!! 5 star! excellent!

I stopped by earlier today to see if I could get some assistance figuring out why my car door lock was freezing/having so many issues. The kind gentleman at the shop came out with some lock cleaner and lubricant. It helped a bit; but he suggested I look into getting another key made, as the only one I have is probably the culprit.
