“Excellent First Cleaning — Extremely Thorough & Great Communication
I’m currently in the middle of a fairly significant renovation project, so my home isn’t the easiest environment for a cleaning service right now. There has been drywall and plaster dust throughout the house, which can be very difficult to remove properly.
From the beginning, the experience with The Maids has been excellent. Communication has been responsive, professional, and very friendly. Scheduling was also easy and flexible, which helped a lot given the moving target of renovation work.
Update after the first cleaning:
The team arrived with a full crew and completed the job in under two hours, which was impressive considering the amount of renovation dust that had accumulated.
The results were outstanding. The kitchen was left immaculate — appliances, counters, and surfaces were all cleaned thoroughly. Stainless appliances were polished properly and the entire space looked refreshed.
What really impressed me was the basement. It had been collecting plaster dust from the renovation work, and after the cleaning I genuinely couldn’t find any remaining dust. They clearly went deeper than many cleaning services I’ve used in the past.
The team was also very kind and professional while they were here, and the entire process — from scheduling to the finished result — was smooth and easy.
Based on this experience, I will absolutely continue using them and plan to expand service to my second property as well.
