11/5 stars. Every single staff member was kind and communication was very clear throughout. My hygienist, Sterling, was very gentle and described everything he was going to do before he did it, and the dentist, Dr. McGraw, was great and described what I needed to get done and why. Super efficient and comfortable. Alex at the front desk made scheduling super easy and was so nice and understanding
I had a crown put on the other day. I just have to say that I was very nervous, and my anxiety was high. I knew it was going to be a long procedure because he made my crown while I waited and got it put on the same day. It was a 4 hour appointment, and I was shaking when I got there. Dr. Edlund and his assistant were wonderful, he reassured me and encouraged me the entire time. He is very calming and very good at what he does. I am so happy that I didn’t cancel my appointment and that I had him do it. I highly recommend Dr. Edlund and his staff. They are very professional, caring, and good at what they do. If your scared to go to the dentist, don’t be...just go to Dr. Edlund, you won’t be scared anymore!
Dr. Edlund and his team are carrying the Kath dental practice forward with caring, professional, state of the art dental care. I couldn't ask for better care from everyone there. Dr. Edlund, Dawn, Pam, Jessica, Lidya, and the rest of the team, thank you all.
