The main drain backed up, which has been doing about every year or o due to a slight bend in the pipe. I thought I had another month or so before having it cleaned out but I was wrong! I called McDonough's and they were able to come out quickly - in spite of their location being quite a distance from Eden Prairie. Brian was quick to asses the problem and had it cleaned out quickly. He showed me with the camera that it was clear. Brian even cleaned up the refuse that had backed up in the shower and by the water heater. Craig was so great to work with! He was friendly and professional. He left me with a positive impression of your company, as a knowledgeable, careful and ethical part of your team. He was very thorough and kept me in the loop on what he was doing and what he was seeing as he cleaned out the main line. He also provided a camera inspection and explained a lot of things I never would have known, which cleared up a lot of questions about my mainline.
