“Working with MN Leafless Gutter was great. I have to replace a gutter on my garage due to the old one was leaking. I contacted MN Leafless Gutter through the website and I got Tim reached out to me within 1-2 hours. He asked for my address and was able to give me a quote quickly for a seamless gutter with a reasonable price. He also gave me options whether I want to keep existing downspout or not, which would save me money. We then proceed to schedule for the installation day within the same week. I was told later there was an issue with the initial scheduled date so it was moved to the following day, which is no problem.<br><br>On the installation day, the technicians came to my house and started the work quickly and was able to finish it fast. They were able to match the color of the new one to my old one which looks great. In addition, they were able to re-install the leaf guard on my gutter to the new gutter also, which also save me money on this part. One thing to note is they do accept credit card but there would be a 3% transaction fee. They do offer other option like Zelle, Venmo or check.<br><br>One small note is on the installation day, I was asking the technicians about adding extension for two of my downspouts but I think there might be some misunderstanding with our conversation, and those were not installed which is not a big problem as I understand that part was not part of the initial conversation I had with Tim.<br><br>Overall, I would recommend MN Leafless Gutter. I was able to schedule fast and the work they have done is great. On their website, they also offer LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY for labor and materials, which is a plus. And the price for the work was reasonable.”

They did a decent job on getting it to the best shape they could. Pricing was straight forward up front and seemed fair. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there was a miscommunication on getting the stains out. My understanding as they were all going to be removed but they were not and the finish was put over them. It was a little frustrating but there could have been a misunderstanding on my end and after discussing with him I see the pricing could not have reflected that type of work. I needed to do something to satisfy the local rental inspector and this did the job. Besides the stains the floor looks really nice! I would still recommend them for any job.Service: Restoration”
