This place is lovely and the doctor is knowledgable and friendly. I give 4 stars only because it was not at all explained to me what to expect at my first appointment. i have been a new patient before and i have never experienced anything like this. No cleaning, but i spent 2 hours getting scanned by state-of-the-art machines and wowed by the thorough attention to detail of the doctor. she swings a big tv in my face with a 3D full color model they made of my teeth and points out all the parts she recommends i fix and yeah my mouth looked hecka gnarly on the big screen! immediately after they shove a super nice parting gift in my hands and pass me off to the closers. Sadie was very professional, kind and cared about my needs, Dr.Nahan was very gentle with checking out gums and teeth, helpful explained everything, answered all of my questions great first experience. Excited to work with everyone again
I have been going to Chalet Dental for years. Some of the best people you could ever deal with. The staff are caring concerned individuals. The Dentists are wonderful and do everything they can to make sure you have a positive experience.
