When he arrived he immediately went to work to replace tub drain, stopper and trap making sure everything was resolved upon completion.He also offered suggestions and made sure I had no questions. Got the job done quick and easy and even recommended some companies for other drain work I need to look into.“
“Capra’s utilities relined my main sewer pipe in 2018. This morning I noticed that the main floor drain was backing up, which is not supposed to happen once the main line is relined. I called at 6 AM and to my surprise, Mike, the owner of the company, answered the phone. He had somebody to my house by 9 o’clock in the morning to put a camera down the line to see what was going on. Then, at about 1 o’clock. A team of people showed up and corrected the problem, which was just a connector from the cleanout to the main pipe. This was all covered under the warranty of the original work. I applaud Capra’s customer service for honoring the warranty and for providing me same-day service.Highly recommended!“

“Christmas weekend I had a pump failure on a 50 unit apartment building, resulting in no heat . One vendor came out and worked for 6 hours and eventually said they didn't know what to do and said I had to call someone else.Made a bunch of calls to vendors who either were not willing to come out or had no experience with this type of boiler.
