Did a very good job. The drain camera found the source of the problem. A manager stopped by to bring a needed piece of equipment (at no extra charge), and the office manager was excellent when there was a question about a conflict in billing. I'm an HOA president and they are our new drain...

Mark from Focus was able to come out and take care of it, which is to say have the City turn off the water to the house, then GORILLA the 96 year old pipes into submission (no easy task), replace the faulty old valve with a new ball valve, city turns the water back on and all is well.
