Amazing experience with this company. I spoke with Andrea when I first called. She was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive right away. She connected me with their estimator Josh and he too was kind, helpful, professional, and responsive. Was over to my house next day with a quote that was cheaper than the others I had received. The team got my home driveway done in a few hours and it looks fantastic. Communicated with me during the day with pictures and left everything spotless upon leaving. Absolutely incredible service, planning, and execution throughout every step of the process. Open and honest discussion up front, totally transparent on all points. Flawless delivery. I get tons of compliments on my driveway which was a BIG job and for which I got quotes from many other companies and I am beyond happy I went with Blacktop Pro’s. Joe and his crew get the job done more quickly, efficiently, safely , and professionally than anyone else and managed to get a tricky situation with water pooling up in front of my garage sorted out. It was honestly such a good job that I’m having them come by to price out some more work for ‘26 or ‘27.
We replaced our driveway and it made all the difference through the winter. No more broken shovels due to broken driveway slabs. No more ice or water pooling and causing walking hazards. Joe was highly responsive and knowledgeable about what we needed to correct drainage issues. They excavated multiple layers of our broken driveway and replaced it with a smooth layer that is flawless.
