I'm new to this as we have always done our own but due to health reasons we can not this year. They have been very patient and understanding of my many questions. I am very glad that I went through Monson. Tom is responsive, understanding and always willing to discuss things through with you. I went through many different landscapers and a majority of them don’t take the time to go over the details with you. It’s like they expect you to just know and accept their proposals with no input. Tom took a lot of time to answer my questions and concerns. Communication is key especially when your shelling out thousands of dollars. Yes, there were bidders who had came up with a slightly lower bid but I’m happy to pay a little more and know that someone will always get back to me. Tom was the only landscaper that responded to my project in a timely manner. He came over in person to inspect, and was very professional when we discuss the project details. His team arrived on time, and were very prompt with our backyard project. We had a surprise finding of a very deep well that was covered up. Tom was able to turn around and gather materials to have it covered up right away. Excellent job and thank you!Services: Mulching
