He exceeded my expectations and have been coming back for years since then. He definitely gives you a good consultation tailor made for your needs which makes you feel at ease. I travel a lot and family always convince me to get things done at excellent salons in LA but I always wait until I get back to MSP to get my hair done. Usually I leave salons with irritated skin, but the beautician here worked gently and applied something cooling afterward that helped a lot. There was a small wait even though I had booked ahead, though the receptionist apologized and updated customers instead of pretending nothing was delayed.“
