Thankfully I crossed paths with Kevin O'Meara. My shingles blew off in a storm after some hail damage. He had someone there within an hour or so to do a patch and then stuck with the process and worked with the insurance company from partial repair to finally getting a full repair of the roof approved. What a great company! I had hail damage September 2025. New Life Contracting came in and found lots of damage on the shingles. My insurance company tried to claim damage to the soft metals on the roof but no damage to the shingles. Tyler from New Life Contracting worked with me through the winter and spring to finally get the insurance company to agree that there was significant damage. He had a crew set up so that the roof would be done before I sold my home in June. They came in and did the roof in one day! The roof looks great and the clean up made it look as if no one was there! Lalo was extremely fast at coming out to look at our roof. Helped my wife submit the insurance claim. Even came out when the insurance adjuster arrived to ensure nothing was missed. One week after we signed the contract, the crew replaced our entire roof in 1 day. And they were one of the cheaper estimates for class 4 shingles. Service and work quality was extremely excellent. I have recommended them to a few neighbors in the Madison area.
