ONX + Amelia

I always get choked up in Amelia’s class. Her yoga class is the equivalent of “church” for the spiritual minded. It’s NOT just a yoga class let’s be clear. It’s a spiritual journey and I love everything she has to say during the flow. I’ll keep coming back every time I’m back in MN because this yoga studio is truly something special. Please don’t change a thing Amelia!!!! What you’re doing is changing and enriching lives. Thank you for being you. ❤️

I’ve taken classes with Hope and Brenna. Both are AMAZING instructors with the best energy. I love the location and the varying intensity of classes. They are supportive of modifications and welcome everyone. Classes definitely get full so sign up early and arrive early. I will be back for more!

I just took the best yoga class of my life with Amelia and I cannot say enough good things about this studio! I've never been to a more welcoming and inclusive space. I was nervous to try it out because I'm a few months postpartum and just getting back into exercising, but Amelia was so wonderful at encouraging each person to listen to their bodies while guiding the group through poses. I can't wait to come back!
