First time calling for someone to do an oven inspection. I left a message and received a prompt response with an appointment scheduled within just a few hours. Jesse arrived, was polite, very conversational and incredibly knowledgeable. I actually learned a lot about how my oven works! He really knows his stuff and clearly takes pride in what he does.
He also took the time to point out some safety concerns with my existing gas line and offered helpful recommendations based on proper building codes with no pressure to sell anything. Jesse was wonderful to work with. He squeezed us in so we wouldn’t have to go without a fridge and freezer long - same day! He was knowledgeable and made sure we knew what the issues were and best plan of action for repairs. We didn’t feel any pressure or that he was trying to upsell. He had us up and running after 4 hours. Very happy with the service and highly recommend!
Jesse fit us into his schedule when our dryer stopped heating up. He came out the next day. He was fairly priced and had the dryer working quickly. Great communication! Highly recommend.
