I was in the middle of a detox/cleanse and was encouraged to add colon hydrotherapy alongside it. I found Natalie through a search — her education and great reviews stood out, so I decided to go with her. I told myself I’d never have a colonic, but she made the whole experience easy. The space is clean, calming, and private, and she put me at ease right away — I felt safe and comfortable throughout. As a first time doing a colonic & I was nervous about how it would go. I have had gut issues for years, spent tons of money on professionals to heal my gut, but not a single one of them recommended a colonic. After my own research; i decided to try. I did three sessions since I have years of constipation (since my teenage years).
