“Tim and Peter were wonderful and patient. This job was 3 years in the making not because of North Lake, because of my insurance company and their lack of cooperation. My job was very complex because of structural issues with my dormers on the roof. Tim coordinated with me, the structural engineer, and the insurance company. All the decking had to be removed and new decking put on. Tim’s team took apart my chimney because daylight was showing through and rebuilt it. The top beam on the dormers was broken and a new beam had to be inserted. The waiting took 3 years the actual job took a month. The city inspector and the structural engineer were very pleased with the finished results. I highly recommend North Lake Contracting.“

“I called J&B roofing for a leak in the roof that we could not find to patch. We are selling our house and explained that it was time sensitive, and they had someone out same day. The employees that came out were super thorough, climbing onto the roof and looking around inside. They explained what they suspected the issue was, advised what we should do to remedy it and what products we should buy, gave us several possible options. They did tell me how much it would be if we opted to have them do it (and it was considerably less than I expected) but were in no way pushy about it. We'd been going crazy thinking we found the problem only to find we were wrong when it rained again, and J&B Roofing helped us solve it quickly and effectively. Very happy with it“
