When my exhaust fan switch suddenly stopped working, I called Tim. He offered a possible solution over the phone. When that didn’t work, he offered to come over right then. It was back working in short order. I’m sure his schedule does not always allow such quick service, but I so appreciated his amazing responsiveness and professionalism. I will call him for any future electrical work.
I lost three outlets and one light it was not a breaker that had tripped .Mike was great ,He was on time , explained charges and found a couple of issues .He repaired them so everything was working .He checked over his repair before leaving . He also let me know of some things that I will need to update in future . He presented a reasonable bill for his work .
