When my exhaust fan switch suddenly stopped working, I called Tim. He offered a possible solution over the phone. When that didn’t work, he offered to come over right then. It was back working in short order. I’m sure his schedule does not always allow such quick service, but I so appreciated his amazing responsiveness and professionalism.
