Monty has been very attentive and helpful since I first reached out to inquire about his services. Back in April, his team came out quickly and did a thorough initial inside / outside survey. Since then, they have been reliable to come every other month (Bronze tier) for outside pest control. The amount of insects and rodents inside my house has decreased dramatically. Very happy with NewEra Pest Control thus far.
Monty was very professional and polite. His sons showed up to complete the inspection and service. They were just as professional and courteous as their father. After just a couple of days insects are pretty much nonexistent inside. I'm very happy with their work.
