Owner is super friendly and easy to work with. They really work with your schedule for all appointments and scheduling. I was having an ant problem at my house. Let me just say...I'm really really happy with the service.. the ant 🐜 issue has SIGNIFICANTLY reduced/Improved....the treatment they did work and is safe around the house and plants. I would definitely recommend them. You won't be disappointed.
I Always have a great experience each time next era comes out and absolutely love that there aren't any strong toxins in the home. They’re always available to help and offer guidance at any time.
Monty has been very attentive and helpful since I first reached out to inquire about his services. Back in April, his team came out quickly and did a thorough initial inside / outside survey. Since then, they have been reliable to come every other month (Bronze tier) for outside pest control. The amount of insects and rodents inside my house has decreased dramatically. Very happy with NewEra Pest Control thus far.
