“I love coming here; however, as a member I expect the girls to multitask and check us in on the second computer while they take their time explaining the process and membership to the new/first time guest. I recently went and Nancy had me waiting for over 7 minutes. I could have easily been half way through my tan before I interrupted and asked if she could quickly check me in. Nancy asked the first time guest if she was okay with it (which she wasn’t) before she told me I had to wait. If this wasn’t the first and only time I had dealt with Nancy, I would have canceled due to the way she poorly managed the situation.

She was punctual, answered all of our questions/gave thorough aftercare instructions and is just really sweet-- which I find to be rare in Miami.As a testimony to her professionalism and care, the morning after my spray tan, I found that my hands ended up darker than the rest of my body (this is NOT her fault as my hands were drier than usual due to all the handwashing we're doing because of COVID so they absorbed more color).
