The teachers are all phenomenal and I love the variety of classes and workshop MLC offers. Some of my favorite classes are Rocket with Paige, Mysore with Joseph, Vinyasa Wind down with Shannon, Friendly Ashtanga with Silvana, and Yin with Te, however all of the offerings are wonderful!”
