The work crew was very efficient, and each person on the team was professional and polite. They clearly take pride in their work. The main office manager, Martha Lopez, was always available and helpful.
The most impressive member of Alligator Pools is the company project manager, Aldo Rosado. He came by daily to make sure that I was satisfied with the project’s progression. Mr Rosado accurately diagnosed a leak in the light fixture, after the pool was filled, and even braved the very chilly water to personally patch the spot. He has also patiently answered my many questions on pool maintenance. I can’t imagine anyone representing Alligator Pools in the field better than Mr. Rosado!

My bathtub had been refinished before I bought my condo, although I don't know how long before. About two years later, it started peeling in several places, looked awful, and dirt would stick to the surface, making it impossible to keep clean.

I first called another refinishing company, but they couldn't schedule me for 2–3 weeks, and their price was over $100 higher. Then I called America Refinishing Pro, and to my surprise, they gave me an appointment for the very next day. The combination of excellent pricing and such a quick response was a huge plus!

Mario arrived right on time and did an outstanding job. My bathtub now looks brand new—beautiful, bright white, shiny, and absolutely perfect.

He was extremely careful and professional. He covered everything with plastic, kept the bathroom door closed so no dust or overspray could reach the bedroom, and even wrapped the showerhead and bathtub faucet with tape and plastic so there was no chance I would accidentally use the tub before it had fully cured. It was a very thoughtful touch.

On top of his excellent workmanship, Mario was friendly, polite, and a pleasure to have in my home. The owner was also wonderful to deal with—very informative, patient, and took the time to explain everything I needed to know before and after the refinishing.

“I called several companies for a new impact door and Strange came in with the best prices on a permitted proposal. Unlike other contractors, he doesn't try to circumvent the system by offering a no-permit option with reduced pricing, nor have any requirements on the number of openings for him to do the project.

The project went smoothly. Permit was pulled immediately after deposit and I was able to see it on the city's website. After the promised fabrication period, contractors showed up on time and completed the work in a professional manner. Afterwards, he promptly scheduled and was present for the final inspection with the city inspector.
