Great experience with this groomer. My dogs would always come back extremely nervous and at times with cuts with the previous groomer I would use, at one point I had to take one of my dogs to the vet because as soon as I got her from the groomer she could not move her neck and did not want to eat or drink. I found Kokopelli on google, read the reviews and decided to give her a try. The service compared to my previous groomer is night and day. You can tell she cares about the dogs and tries to accommodate them as best she can while also updating me throughout the grooming process with photos and updates of how my pets are doing. I used Kokopelli’s for the first time today, based on all of the wonderful reviews. I am happy to report that all of the comments are 100% accurate! Lucy (and Joe) did a fantastic job with my Senior Diva Dog, Pepper. Lucy inherited a mess that the previous groomer left and she made my pup cute again! She talked to me about what I wanted, was very thorough and kind and yes! sends pictures of her progress. Highly recommend!

Attention to detail was impeccable. She seemed to genuinely care about the well-being and comfort of my puppy throughout the entire grooming process. She skillfully handled everything from bathing and trimming to nail clipping and ear cleaning.
