*** READ THIS IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR THE FIRST TIME *** One thing to note having noticed a 1 star review which was not based on the service but booking experience - DO NOT CALL. If you really need to talk to her, text her. For my first visit I was worried because I couldn’t get ahold of her via call or Facebook messaging but she has a very efficient system going on Booksy. The app is super easy to use and she was at the door outside waiting for me when I arrived. She is a solopreneur who works with her hands, she has limited bandwidth to manually book people in who need to do it the old school way of phone calls.
