What an amazing facility! The 26+2 was awesome, the cues were incredibly helpful and the pacing was on point! I cannot wait to return to try the Vinyasa and Weights class, as well as take advantage of the contrast therapy options. Would highly recommend. Pamala was exceptional, check out her baked goods!!!

This is the best studio I’ve ever had the privilege of going to. Every instructor has their own unique way of connecting to you. This is more than a yoga studio. If you want to become stronger mentally, physically, to connect to your true self this is the place. I promise you won’t regret giving this studio a chance.

Highly recommended. The heated hit classes are fun and the Yin Yoga and Sound Baths are extremely beneficial especially if you have any sleeping difficulties. The 75 min Hot Yoga class is challenging to say the least, but it’s worth it especially if you have any back or knee issues. I had a wrist and lower back injury from tennis and a slight knee injury from long-distance running. Doing the Hot Yoga class once a week for two months and I was honestly shocked by the results. In my experience, the results were better and longer lasting than going to the chiropractor. Pain completely gone and I recently started playing tennis again.
