Although the team arrived later than promised, I must say that Miguel did an excellent job. He was professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. Thanks to his work, my sofa now looks almost brand new. Despite the delay and lack of communication beforehand, the quality of the service itself was impressive. If they improve their punctuality and responsiveness, I would definitely consider using their service again.
We gave him 2 rugs - Moroccan - full of dog pee stains. One of them is even white. Rugs that I LOVED and was sure were forever ruined bc I tried to clean them and the stains got even worse from the cleaning product. We got both back today with NO visible stains. Kind of a miracle really. I’m SO happy. Strongly recommend him. He is very nice and easy to work with as well.
Simon did a great job with my carpet, stairs and sofa and was pretty quick about it. After a few years we needed a deep cleaning and now everything looks and smells brand new! Was willing to work on the pricing too and gave mr a bundle deal. Totally recommend!
