When my child’s glasses broke, he made one good pair out of 2 broken ones in 5 minutes and didn’t charge a penny. Dr. Gonzalez and her staff are also the best. “I have a very difficult prescription and most opticals in Dade county could not do the lenses. Stefan is a true professional and worked very hard with the lab to get it done right. It was frustrating because it took about 3 weeks the first time it was not done correctly. However it was Baskin Palmer that got it wrong and a second prescription was needed.After 2 weeks it was done correctly. It is my understanding that this undertaking is labor intensive because any miscalculation will damage or break the the lenses and would need to be started again. The entire staff is hard working and very attentive and they were constantly calling me and providing updates.I highly recommend this optical and they do great work.“
