The first time I went in, we did an extensive consultation -- more thorough than most doctor's consultations lmao -- and I had all this time to be very specific about what I want. I like to do an open eye, not the cat eye and I've told every lash technician that and she is the only one who's listened and delivered. She takes notes after every time I ask for something new so I get exactly what I want each time. If you want perfectionism from your lash experts? This is the place.
I'm also usually too shy to ask for corrections or even to move the eye pad down when it's digging into my eyes but I feel so at home that I know my comfort matters enough to her that I can communicate it.
My partner says they're the best lashes I've had done every time I come home to him after an appointment and I agree <333

Walked to this wax spa from my hotel, the gentlemen at the front desk inviting and vibrant. My wax was done differently than what I typically am used to, but I will say the job got done efficiently. The inside is not very aesthetically pleasing, looks a little outdated but, overall I would recommend for a quick service.

I came here for a short trial facial, and found this place to be calming and relaxing. I did the 30-minute facial without extractions, which costs $100--which is on the pricier side and more of a splurge than a need. I felt like the session was a bit shorter than 30 minutes, but I still left with glowing and refreshed skin. The rooms are a little small, but they still feel cozy. There's a parking garage attached to the building, which is super convenient.

During July 1 - August 1 is spa month in Miami, what an amazing idea to be honest! I went to the Away Spa at The W on South Beach and the staff was beyond wonderful. The reason I gave only 4 stars is I like luxury spa's and have been to many however, the one thing I didnt like about this spa was when you're there you have to wait in the bathroom/changing area to be called on for your services. There is not really a nice waiting area maybe some couches but nothing luxury or fancy about it. I have been to spas that while waiting for your treatments there are steam rooms, salt rooms and even seawater ponds to lounge in while waiting. Moving forward, David was the gentlemen who took my reservation. David was so polite, professional and so welcoming upon my arrival. David even called me a few days earlier to make sure I was still coming and that if I needed anything he was there to help. My massage person was great his name was Brenton. Brenton was also very polite and professional always made sure during the treatment to ask if the pressure was okay and just wanted to make sure I was comfortable and enjoy the massage. My facial lady name was Marlin and she was so sweet. Marlin explained the Hydrafacial in details and made sure that I was comfortable with all the wonderful products she was putting on my face. All in all, I would say this is a nice spa, they do allow you to have a beach chair and umbrella on the beach before your treatments, which I did also enjoy. As mentioned the only reason I gave four stars is I prefer a nicer waiting area not just a bathroom. But great experience thank you team for being amazing.

I am from NY and get a lot of massages. I came here because I woke up with a huge knot in my neck while on vacation. I mentioned several times I wanted that to be the concentration of the massage (on the intake form and during the massage), but it was not and I was ignored. Massage was 4 stars if you are there for the full body normal/standard/given to everyone massage, but if you are there for a specific request - good luck and I give 2 stars. My knot was still killing me the rest of the vacation. Although it was nice, for the money I spent and lack of results, I would rather have skipped the massage and waited until I got home.

I had permanent eyeliner on the top of my lids to enhance and really bring out my eyes. Kady was very gentle and ensured that the process was pleasant. The first run through was uncomfortable but normal since the skin had not been broken yet but after the third application it was a very pleasant experience. Kady will listen to what your needs are in regards to shape and thickness of the eyeliner. She has a three needle device so it will draw heavier lines quicker. I highly recommend her. Prices are very fair.

The shop was very clean. The guy at the front desk (I think his name is Antony) was very professional and welcoming. He tended to us right away and was very helpful with our questions. Our tattoo artist Caesar, is nothing short of amazing. His professionalism mixed with his personality and sense of humor made the overall experience top tier. His station was very clean and sanitary. He has a very light touch and calming demeanor while working. I felt completely relaxed to the point I fell asleep. 10/10 experience and would recommend Salvation tattoo in addition to I will definitely come back the next time I’m in Miami. Wow! I am completely blown away by the intricacy and attention to detail that Justin provided in my minimalist lettering/number tat. The lines are really clean and he was extremely attentive to my requests, even offering an array of colour options, explaining the stylistic of the font and it’s aesthetic characteristics, and full knowledge of aftercare and instruction. I’m bringing all my friends and family to this guy, sign up quick!!!
Hannah and Veronica helped my wife and I with our first tattoos. They were very easy to work with, helped us with the process of picking the perfect font and style, and answered all of our questions. The studio was clean and welcoming and they spoke English and Spanish. We left very pleased and would recommend stopping by.
I walked in without an appointment because travel had just resumed after the pandemic and I wasn't sure if my flight would be on time so I didn't want to chance it. I selected this shop specifically because of Edson's work. Fortunately Edson was there and available and did an amazing job with my tattoo. I brought in some ideas and some sketches and he brought them to life and produced something better than I had originally envisioned. I love his black and gray technique and he was an absolute delight to work with. I have gotten many compliments on his tattoo and it healed beautifully.

I got a tattoo here while I was down in Miami in December 2023, it was a piece to represent my children, I gave them 4 stars because I wanted certain things and the artist didn’t seem to want to work with me to make it the way I wanted it, he took out all the fonts I wanted in the tattoo, the artist apologized and said font takes away from the actual art, so I love the tattoo even though many people say it looks like a cheap beer label. I just wish I could have gotten it exactly the way I wanted it so even though I’m a little disappointed that it’s not exactly what I asked for however it still has meaning to me and I’d get another tattoo here without hesitation. The art was great the artist I had was a good guy and the front desk guy was great! Customer service was awesome!

What started out as a nightmare at 550am turned into a pleasant and professional experience. Long story short, a water connection hose on a brand new appliance installed 9 days ago broke and started to flooded my house. Using the emergency hotline, Roto Rooter sent Richard - 6577 out to conduct the inspection. He quickly identified the problem and explained what needed to happen to prevent anymore water damage. You never met honest plumbers anymore and he was one time and efficient. He even stayed on location to monitor the situation until water restoration services came out. I then met a GODSEND named Claudia Ortega. She conducted the water restoration inspection and clearly explained the dryout process. She was extremely thorough and went through every room to ensure that when the dry out team came out they completed the job. Her personality and expertise calmed my nerves and for a moment I forgot that I had a massive leak in my house just hours ago. The dry out team Darniel and Guillermo had a tough job ahead of them but they tackled the task with ease. From removing the carpet, meticulously placing the tubes for the dry out, to explaining every step, they rocked it! I am a new homeowner and for this to be the first issue I have had with the house, this Roto Rooter team made all the difference. I applaud this team and their customer service. I hope whomever sees this, please forward this to corporate and I hope they can be rewarded for a collective job well done.
I recently moved back to Miami and the lock on my door was giving me trouble locking and unlocking. My front desk recommended Public Locksmith. What a great company! I called them and someone showed up within 1 hour or so; turns outfit was the owner, Eian. Eian was prompt, professional and have very fair pricing. He explained the issues and gave me options to choose from - I was never "upsold". I 100% recommend this company. Excellent customer service is so nice.

The keys provided by KeyExpress Locksmiths were satisfactory. I appreciated that Michael presented an optional service to buff the keys for optimal performance, although I chose not to avail of it. This service in Miami Beach is quite unique and I am open to considering them again for my future locksmith needs.
