Arlene has been the tech servicing my home for the past two years. She’s amazing. She’s informative and always comes as scheduled. She addresses any of my concerns and teaches me a lot about the little critters that surround my home. She respects my home inside and out. Even my family pups love her. She’s a true professional and an asset to the team.
The owner of the company is also cool too along with the staff that answers the phone she’s always understanding of my circumstances. It’s affordable and reasonable as well. Even through my tough times I still keep my service because I think it helps my quality of life here in this neighborhood.

Hired Mega Bee to take care of an ant problem we had at the house. The ants were everywhere! I tried to do it myself and they were alot more difficult to control than I thought. I called Jean and he explained everything so well and was extremely educated on what I was going through. Him and his team treated accordingly and advised me that throughout the treatment process I was going to see ants. I did so for a few days and now NO ANTS! Something I was dealing with for months, they were able to get control in just a few days/weeks. Highly recommend Mega Bee if you are looking for a team that cares and provides results! 10/10!!
