Visiting from Detroit and knew this was the studio I wanted to visit. The approach to asana and breath is thoughtful and playful throughout the class. If I were local I would practice here often. Take Sadhana’s class!
I love this yoga studio! I’m always excited to come into class and learning different poses and techniques. Even though it’s not hot yoga, there are classes where you will break a sweat lol. And as someone who is just beginning their yoga journey, it’s important to have attentive instructors…and their yoga instructors are very attentive and explain alternate poses. My favorite class to attend to is Victors! But every staff is amazing. I highly recommend coming here!! The energy and vibe is amazing. I can’t wait to attend more of their classes.
Skanda Yoga is a spiritual sanctuary in the heart of Brickell, Miami. The teachers are exceptional; the classes are both challenging and healing. After practicing Skanda Yoga for more than a year now, I can honestly say that Skanda is a magical space for the mind, body and soul.
