I had an excellent experience with Avay Pest Control. They came out promptly and performed a free attic and exterior inspection after my tenant reported hearing something moving in the ceiling.
Angel was very professional, thorough, and honest. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary services, he carefully inspected the property, took detailed photos, and explained exactly what he found. He identified two openings that should be sealed—one around the A/C line entering the attic and another at the second-floor dryer exhaust vent—to help prevent wildlife or pests from entering.

I highly recommend! Extremely professional, very thorough, great service, responsive and overall great work. Did a massive removal of multiple wasp nest. Not only did he remove but also added preventative measure so won’t happen again. Very happy
Angel came to my house for a free estimate the same day I contacted him. I thought I had termites in my house but he confirmed it was not that. It was actually carpenter ants, which if you don't know, they look almost identical to termites. Nowadays, it's difficult to find an honest company, specially in South Florida and for things that most of us are not familiar with, like pest control. He is professional, honest and kind.
