George the technician came to help us. We are currently homeless living at the shelter and we're going to use our last little bit of cash to get our car opened but George had a heart of gold and didn't charge us not one dollar seeing our situation. A gesture that will forever live in my heart as today is my son's 4th birthday and I just wanted to be able to go get him a little cake. I was stuck at the port of Miami with my key fob lost on a cruise ship. I called a local locksmith who had me sitting for an hour to wait on their quote. A man at the port told me to call Caraballo locksmith and when I did I was directly put in contact with Omar (the owner) who told me the price and he’d be there in 45 minutes. The communication was excellent and he let me know every step of the way. When there was a mishap with the fob he made it right. Our Airbnb lock died and we didn’t have the backup key, so we were completely locked out and stressed. Tony & Elio came through fast and honestly saved the day.
