I was stuck at the port of Miami with my key fob lost on a cruise ship. I called a local locksmith who had me sitting for an hour to wait on their quote. A man at the port told me to call Caraballo locksmith and when I did I was directly put in contact with Omar (the owner) who told me the price and he’d be there in 45 minutes. The communication was excellent and he let me know every step of the way. When there was a mishap with the fob he made it right.
