I’ve only attended 4 classes in the past week and I can truly say that I feel so much different. Coming from a person whose anxiety is out of whack at times I can attest that yoga has AMAZING benefits! And when you have a great instructor it makes a huge difference. Liz positive energy is so contagious that it’ll make you want to keep going back.

Monday 2-15-21Still one of the best places for a relaxing, learning, and enlightening yoga experience! I reccomend me them to everyone. They also maintain an extremely clean and safe environment to practice and learn yoga in. ?? Thank You BuddhaFul OM Yoga!I feel Eternal Love to that fateful day? Groupon showed me this safe place?that saved, paved and made the wave I crave in all ways for all days? so no one is to say today we cant relate to one another before its 2 late? Hahaha. This studio is very special and dear to me. I've been attending classes here for several years, and I am not exaggerating when I say that it literally changed my life. I have been extremely impressed with Liz (the owner) and the safety precautions she has been taking to ensure that the community can still practice yoga safely during these times. Everytime I go to one of Ruben's classes it feels like I am attending with a community of amazing people. Hands down the best yoga studio in Miami.
