Everything about the service was flawless, but I did notice the appointment process could be a bit more seamless to match their high-end artistry. Just a suggestion if you truely want to improve customer experience while booking at your salon. I suggest on my peronal experience get either of Salonext or Salon1st Software which gives amazing booking experience providing options of Artists selection, artist available timings, offers/discounts, membership and handles everything we can think of. It would be the cherry on top for such a premium salon! Can't wait for my next visit.“

And then there's the actual hair. Ariel is a master of his craft! He knocked it out of the park with the updo I had picked for my best friend's wedding. And then he was super gracious when I asked him to recreate it with my personal mousse because I had an allergic reaction to some unknown substance recently and am in the middle of testing for it, so had to make do with no new products, just my personal stuff that I know doesn't irritate me. Their attention to detail is astonishing; Ariel even offered a lap desk while I worked on my Maid of Honor speech. Absolutely would recommend to all!“

“So happy I went here! It was tricky to find within the mall. The blow out my natalie ( I think that was her name) was amazing. She gave 100% care. She was thorough with the shampooing, scalp massage and conditioning. She did a stellar job blowing out my hair and I loved the style she gave me. It was giving Farrah Fawcett. It lasted for the baby shower I had on Saturday. Do yourself a favor and check them out.“
