“I have been dealing with an uncommon problem in the pec after a previous shoulder surgery for many years. Before starting sessions at Symmetry, I often felt that my main problem and goals were not fully understood at other PT facilities.

When I switched to Symmetry, the difference was like night and day. One thing I really appreciated was that they understood that my near-perfect arm range of motion was never the main issue for me. I am working with Dr. Jose Paloma, and he is amazing. He asks thoughtful questions because he genuinely wants to understand how I’m feeling, and he tailors the treatment accordingly instead of treating every patient the same. He is very knowledgeable and explains what may be going on in my case. This gives clearer direction for treatment.

Everyone is so kind. The owner, Natalia, came over to introduce herself during a treatment which I thought was so nice and reassuring. Lissette, the office manager, has been very welcoming from the start and has checked in after treatments.

The one-on-one sessions with the Doctor of Physical Therapy really make a huge difference and give me a much greater sense of genuine care.
