I transferred my care from a dentist in Bal Harbor and, even with a 40 min+ commute, am so glad I have established care at Biscayne Dental!High quality imaging with amazing staff with exceptional customer service. My encounters with their payment and insurance handling procedures have been nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me deeply distressed.First and foremost, I was coerced into paying the full price for general dental services even though I had insurance coverage. The staff assured me that they would submit the claims to my insurance company for reimbursement. I've been a patient of Dr. Julio for over 20 years. The staff is friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous. The office is comfortable and modern. Highly recommend for dental or aesthetic services.
