“Overall experience was great. From making our first appointment to the very end. We moved to a different state and we we're given a file with copies of everything that was done to give to the new vet. The lady in the front desk who confirms appointments is super sweet and so kind! Dr. Rogoff and staff phenomenal. Great team you have here! “Today I was referred to this clinic/emergency hospital and it was the best decision i could have done. My dog had been vomiting since last night and couldn't hold anything down. They immediately took us in and thoroughly examined my fur baby. Xrays confirmed he hadn't eaten anything he wasn't suppose to, lol. Prices are very fair, specially for an emergency visit. I highly recommend and will continue taking my babies to Dr. Alvarez for continue care an check ups . The staff was attentive and great, the front desk secretary was even concerned that I felt bad because she walked in and asked if I wanted some water because I looked like I was going to faint and I was just so worried that my baby had ingested something dangerous. Very caring staff and doctor. Again, I highly recommend.“

“This place is probably the best vet you could ask for. The staff is professional, attentive and caring, even knowing the names of all the patients. The techs are all very nice and take care of your pet as if it was thier own, making a very stressful situation for them alot easier. Dr. Mendez is a fantastic vet that is knowledgeable and thorough and makes sure that your pet leaves treated and on the way to feeling better. You can't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend them for every situation where the vet is required.“

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND.I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. A stray that I feed was was so sick. After calling 12+ vets, that were charging $230+ for 1 xray, and flat fee of $120-140 just to walk in, TLC clinic were kind enough to take me on a Saturday before closing. I raced 40+min into town and was greeted with smiles and attention. Needless to say Frosty is back home(indoors for now) and feeling like a new cat. They are so caring and very reasonable. They give you your best options and the best advice and don't push you to do anything you don't want or can't afford. On the contrary, they will work with you to assure you and your pet is happy. Thank you so much for everyone that helped me.“
“What a wonderful experience... the level of care is incredible! to find a truly knowledgeable & thorough vet that is honest ,compassionate, & truly cares about the dog. It's unfortunate that there are not many of these Drs around anymore. These days for both for humans and pets. Most have you rushed in & out, just in it as a business & for the $$$. After a couple of not so good trial & error attempts with others in my area, after my previous vet sold his business. Knowing Dr Greenfield from the past. I decided to take the 45 minute drive & so grateful we did, it was so worth it. The office is clean & organized. The staff is pleasant, friendly, & they really care about the pet. Dr. Greenfield & Trish are truly THE BEST & I am so grateful for that & now i can feel at peace knowing my fur kids are finally in great hands again. We will continue the long drive as needed for my fur kids in the future because they are truly, hands down, EXCEPTIONAL!!!Thank you, for everything..“

“Dr. Matt is the best! I have very small Pomeranians and I’m quite particular about their veterinary care. I always feel at ease knowing they are under Sky Lake’s care. I put off having my older female’s teeth cleaned for fear of anesthesia complications that are common with smaller breeds—Dr. Matt took care of her teeth perfectly and we had zero issues. He handles all of our vaccines and has neutered my puppy. We are very pleased with how well they are taken care of here!“
