Going to the vet, even for check ups can be unnerving. Words fall short to describe the excellent service we received after my cat Tiger's injury. I’ve had a really great experience bringing my dog here. The clinic is always very clean, beautiful, and welcoming, and the service is excellent.
Dr. Pacheco is amazing — very caring, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about your pet’s well-being. The rest of the staff is also very kind and takes great care of your dog. I especially appreciate that they follow up the next morning after a treatment or procedure to check on how your pet is doing. That kind of attention means a lot.
They also make the waiting experience very comfortable. They have coffee, snacks, cookies, chips, and little treats available while you wait, which is such a nice touch.
Friendly staff, good service, appointments run on time. Dr. Gerardo Garcia Perez is awesome he has done a total upgrade of the Clinic with new exam rooms, x-ray machines, ultrasound, machines, and the full operating room. You can bet your pet will be well taken care of by Dr. Garcia Perez.
