I was running A bit late as my kids were trying to save a baby bird that fell out of a nest of course outside of our driveway right before we’re trying to get to the appointment. I called to let them know that we were running late and they were very kind on the phone. When I arrived and apologized again for being late, the front Desk was very understanding and welcoming. I had to bring my two other sons to my daughter‘s appointment and they accommodated them in the waiting room making us all feel very comfortable. The, Dr, and intern in the room were very respectful and kind and attentive to my Daughter and answered all of our questions and offered appropriate resources for a follow up appointment appointments with cardiology. “I had a really good experience at Icon Medical Clinic after my accident. I went there for 25 therapy sessions, and everybody was always super nice and welcoming every single time I came in. They really made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Something that was really special to me was how much they loved my baby. They basically watched him grow up while I was going there, from not being able to walk yet to taking his first steps. That honestly meant a lot to me and made the place feel very warm and personal. The therapy sessions were really nice too, and my favorite part was definitely the hand massages. I always looked forward to them because they helped me relax so much. Also, they were always pretty fast with calling people in for their turn, so I never had to wait a long time, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m really thankful for everyone there and for how kind and caring they were with me and my baby. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing therapy after an accident.“
