My son had a wart on his finger, and after seeing two other dermatologists over the past six months, we still had no results. One doctor sent us home with a cream and told us to scrape the wart before applying it. The other froze the wart so poorly that it left part of his finger covered in a painful blister.

I always read reviews before choosing a doctor, so I was hesitant to try another dermatologist. I’m so glad we came to Miami Center of Dermatology.

From the moment we walked in, Isabella greeted us with kindness and made us feel welcome. Ashley, our dermatologist, truly listened and took the time to explain everything. She told us the wart was much deeper than the previous doctors had realized and explained why the other treatments were never going to work. She carefully removed it by scraping it out.

At our two-week follow-up appointment, the wart was completely gone!

This was one of the best medical experiences we’ve had. The staff was caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. The visit was quick, but we never felt rushed.

“Look no further for skin care. The best 5 stars are too few! When I first met him, I needed surgery and he contacted the hospital, doctors including plastic surgeon, and hospital all in a matter of 20 minutes.
His staff is also experienced and first class.

“Dr. Lima is an excellent dermatologist. My mother and I both had skin cancer that she caught early on. I’ve brought all the kids in the family to her so she could treat them through the teenage acne issues. When I was having a terrible dangerous reaction to the medication another Dr sent me, she instructed her office to call me daily while she was on vacation to assure I was doing well and wouldn’t need further intervention. Not many doctors will do that. If you have any skin issue, do yourself a favor and make an appointment. You will waste time and money on other dermatologists and in the end, you’ll end up here where, 99% of the time, she knows exactly what is wrong with you. I can’t recommend her enough.“

“Dr. Hernandez is the best doctor I have met. She is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She was very thorough when she treated me. I had a rash but she decided she’d better do a biopsy to rule out other things. Thank God it was just an allergy, but I can rest easy something wasn’t overlooked. The only negative I feel I should mention is that the staff on the front desk do not pick up the phone. When I was waiting to be seen the phone was ringing off the hook and it was not picked up once! They were just there on their phones.“
