“Wonderful experience overall. They were running a special promotion, so our cats’ dental cleanings were free, and we only paid for extractions, anesthesia, and bloodwork. This made care for our two senior fur babies very reasonable—each dental (including anesthesia and pre-anesthesia bloodwork) came out to around $500 per pet. Becky at the front desk was incredibly kind and even gave us a few cans of wet food for our cat who had a tooth extracted. She also waived the credit card fee for us!

We also appreciated that Miami Animal Clinic has an in-house lab. Our cats needed blood work before anesthesia, and unlike other clinics that require a separate visit, everything was handled in a single appointment. The staff was patient, professional, and easy to work with.

I’m giving four stars instead of five only because I would have liked a bit more explanation around the dental findings and recommended extractions. Overall, though, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them for convenient, kind and reasonably priced care.“

“Loved this place! We always follow Dr. Artemis, amazing veterinarian. He provided holistic care for your pets where they give them medicines that are long lasting. Additionally, he was able to get our complicated dog food refilled without the hassle of having to have a food card with the special diet. Ricky was such an amazing tech in the front, very friendly and provided us with free treats and automatic gift card for our dog. Gabby was also very helpful and knowledgable about dog procedures and giving post-session information. She also gifted us a frisbee and scarf for our first visit. Environment was clean, and had a lot of separate and private stations. Outside has a mini water station and pee station for the dogs. Overall, experience at Chewy was amazing and undeniably beneficial compared to services at other pet stores.“

“Dr. Lexy was amazing! The front desk staff was polite and actually acknowledging my cat. Having come out of a really bad experience from another clinic, I was relieved to be able to deal with professionals with compassion, expertise, and reassurance. Dr. Lexy was able to sort out what could actually be going on with my cat and we are starting from the bottom through a process of elimination that I can actually afford. Last place was trying to run me up for over thousands of dollars in tests..where here I left paying under $200. I feel reassured and satisfied we are on a good path to help my cat get better.
