Miami Animal Clinic
“I am new to Miami and found this clinic by searching online and seeing their positive reviews, and I have to say, they certainly live up to their praise. My cat needed medical care and the whole process was amazing from begining to end. All the stuff are exceptional, but especially Carla at the front desk. She had a kind smile and demostrated care and empathy, putting me at ease when I was anxious and things seened so dire, keeping me informed every step of the way. The wait was minimal, the place is immaculate, they are bilingual, and treated my pet like royalty. Dr. Palacios is who took good care of my cat and thanks to him, she is recovering well from surgery and in no more pain. He personally spoke to me and provided me with all the feedback I needed to leave feeling at peace. It is no wonder they have been voted twice, The Best in Florida, by Florida Guide, both in 2025 and 2026, because this team knows how to go above and beyond. Thank you, I am truly grateful for this team!”
