Celeste is amazingggg!!!! She’s the best nail tech & has the best service! I stopped getting my nails done because I never received the service worth the price I was paying, but once I found her, I’ve continued keeping up with my nails because her prices are really good & the service is THE BEST especially for all the designs she does!
