From the moment I walked in, Ivon and Judy at the front office greeted me warmly and handled everything with professionalism and care. They made the check-in process smooth and efficient, which really set a positive tone for the visit. Rafael, who manages the store, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me through the selection of frames and lense options making sure I understood all my options and my decision. His customer service was top-notch! Dr.Sanchez performed an extremely comprehensive and thorough eye exam and took the time to explain each step. He recommended trying a new brand of contact lenses and the difference was amazing - I can now read more clearly than before!

And they adjusted it for him for free and they even took their time to measure it and just make sure that the sunglasses wouldn’t be slipping off, both there was a lady and a man where there, and they were really really nice and professional. You could tell that they knew about glasses and how to adjust them. I highly recommend. My son was so happy as those sunglasses had a special meaning to him.“
