I needed grey carpet remnants. My budget was tight for the two bedrooms. Once again, Don Bailey did not disappoint! I must say that I finally had the most professional experiencing dealing with a company that met my needs. Vince and Karen are amazing....let me start with Karen from the first call she was able to take care of me while Vince was out on personal reasons, once Vince returned he continued to get the project of our floors done, he sent me the best crew from the installers for my tile to the baseboards installers. I literally felt like we were family because every call he picked up to address any issues. I will forever be a client here. Thank you Vince & Karen for representing your company with true compassion and making sure your clients are first.

Vince was excellent!! I did not feel "sold" to unlike other flooring companies and he was efficient and excellent. I called stating what I was interested in and that we needed it ASAP and that my time was limited so I was unable to come into the store for a week .He offered (and did) he came to our home with the sample I was interested in and also asked if he could bring others similar so I could ensure it was what we wanted. He came the next day! My husband and I were VERY IMPRESSED at the service, the follow-up and care he gave. They were able to install within a few day and worked around our scheduled and our contractors. He deserves a raise! Love doing business...read full review
