“I called on Thursday and spoke with Jennifer, who scheduled a technician for the very next day. Luis Olivera Sr. arrived on time, was professional and personable, and quickly diagnosed why our air conditioner wasn’t cooling. It turned out the system was low on refrigerant. He added what was needed, and the house cooled down within minutes.

I appreciated that he was straightforward and never pushy. He explained that due to the age of our system, both the compressor and air handler will eventually need to be replaced because they’re no longer efficient and are increasing our energy costs. He also recommended a 4‑ton system when we’re ready to upgrade.

Overall, we were very pleased with his demeanor and customer service. We’ll definitely be reaching out again when it’s time to replace the old system.

After receiving referrals from my Kohler representative, I contacted two companies. The first company had many more reviews and operated on a larger scale, but after a month of back and forth communication, nothing worked out and it ended up wasting my time.
That’s when I decided to go with Just 1 Plumbing. At the time, they had fewer than 40 reviews, but I’m so glad I made that choice.

Franco was incredibly responsible with scheduling appointments and following up. He never delayed responding to my messages. I understand that in the plumbing industry, technicians juggle multiple jobs and schedules can be unpredictable, but their communication was exceptional.

Then came Gerald and his partner. After two visits, they successfully diagnosed and fixed my complicated Kohler intelligent toilet. Gerald truly is an expert when it comes to Kohler intelligent toilets.

On top of everything, they didn’t charge a service call or visit fee. Since my toilet was out of warranty, I only paid installing and for the parts they ordered, which I found completely fair.

Now my toilet is working perfectly.
