Dr. Stephanie Acosta and the team provided an exceptional experience during our visit. They were incredibly warm and welcoming right from the moment we walked through the door. Dr. Acosta and her staff are remarkably knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely supportive, making sure both my dog and I felt completely cared for throughout the entire appointment. Exceptional service across the board—I couldn't ask for a better veterinary team!
Great experience! I brought my beloved cat Athena in for much needed bloodwork because she had been vomiting several times.
My cat does not do well at the vet and becomes aggressive, however the staff handled her extremely well and I could tell their passion for animals by their composure with her. Thank you Ashley and Miguel for being so careful with her!
Dr. Gasset gave her a very thorough examination with blood work, urinalysis, and an x-ray and gave me a plan for my cat’s condition. My cat hasn’t vomited since then and has been acting normally again!
So overall very high quality level of care and I am so happy my cat is feeling better again!!
I cannot thank Ashley enough for everything she did for me and my dog during such a scary and emotional time. From the moment we spoke, she was incredibly reassuring, compassionate, and patient. She kept both of us calm, walked me through every step of the process, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Ashley truly went above and beyond, and her kindness made a world of difference when I was feeling overwhelmed and worried.
I also want to thank Flavio for being so thoughtful and caring. He checked in on us, made sure we were doing okay, and reminded me that they were only a phone call away if I needed anything. That level of support meant more than I can express.
